Alishia immersed herself in becoming an expert on the fundamentals of skin aging and reversible skin conditions while becoming an accomplished Principal Dermal Therapist. She has specialist expertise in advanced non-surgical cosmetic treatments for dermatological disorders and age management. She is now an industry leader in paramedical corrective procedures, certified in Dermoscopy and is well respected by her industry peers.

She opened the doors to her dream sanctuary Bare Laser & Skin Clinic in 2016 and has created a home for men and women who crave honesty, results, integrity, and love.

As well as being a mother to a successful Skin Clinic, she is a proud mum to her little daughter Winnie and son Harrison.

Today, Alishia continues to transform skin, making long term, corrective improvements for her clients.

The Clinic Manager and ‘younger’ brother of Alishia, Ash came on board to help sustain and grow the business. He has since helped employ and train several new therapists at Bare Laser and Skin and loves creating a relaxed and fun atmosphere for both staff and clients.

Ash has become one of the leading Thermage FLX specialists in Melbourne and has an uncanny ability to deliver calm, reassurance and comedy prowess to each and every client undergoing a treatment at Bare Laser and Skin.

He has a passion for decent, simple skincare and loves chatting to clients on their skincare needs, skin goals and life in general. Ash concentrates his skillset on Thermage FLX, Laser Rejuvenation and Diathermy and enjoys clearing up congestion, pigment and creating juicy collagen for that overall plumping, tightening and juicy skin we all love and crave.

Ash is currently undergoing a surrogacy journey via California and is hoping in the next 18-24 months to finally become a daddy.

Her warm nature shines through the clinic, from her experience as a practicing yoga coach and her love for making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Bare is excited to have this warm soul in the Bare family to help take care of our beautiful clients.

With her level of expertise and in-depth knowledge of facial aesthetics and anatomy, she produces dramatic, long term results that leave our clients feeling happy and satisfied with our service.
